Job Description: Process Trainer

Location: Siliguri, West Bengal

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Process Trainer with 1–2 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of Training Needs Analysis (TNA), Training Needs Identification (TNI), throughput calculations, and process-related KPIs.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct new hire training, process training, refresher sessions, and on-the-job training (OJT).
- Perform TNA and TNI to identify skill gaps and training requirements.
- Calculate and monitor training throughput, batch performance, and training effectiveness.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve employee productivity and process performance.
- Conduct assessments, knowledge tests, and feedback sessions to evaluate trainee performance.




- Coordinate with Operations and Quality teams to identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans.
- Prepare and maintain training reports, dashboards, attendance records, and performance trackers.
- Provide floor support, coaching, and guidance to employees during and after training.
- Ensure trainees meet defined quality, productivity, and process standards.

Compensation & Joining

Salary: Negotiable; as per candidate’s experience and interview performance.

Preferred Candidates: Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period.
