Role Description The Senior Vice President Operations is a full-time, in office leadership role based in Hyderabad, responsible for overseeing end-to-end operational performance across all business verticals. This position manages day-to-day operations, including resource planning, process optimization, and coordination with project management teams to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of construction consulting services.



The role involves directing P&L; responsibilities, setting operational targets, and aligning business processes with strategic goals in residential, commercial, institutional, and infrastructure projects. The Senior Vice President Operations collaborates with senior leadership on long-term planning, drives continuous improvement initiatives, and ensures compliance with company standards, client requirements, and applicable regulations. The role also includes mentoring cross-functional teams, strengthening customer relationships, and representing the organization in key stakeholder meetings.
