Responsibilities
• Implement and configure SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Time Management, etc.)
• Partner with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions
• Customize, optimize, and support SuccessFactors functionalities
• Manage system upgrades, integrations, and troubleshooting
• Deliver end-user training and create documentation
• Stay current with SuccessFactors updates and best practices
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, HR, or related field
• Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules
• Robust knowledge of HR processes and workflows
• Experience with configurations and integrations
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• SAP SuccessFactors certification preferred
