Job Summary:
The Estate Manager will be responsible for the management of the school’s physical assets, including buildings, grounds, and related facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management, within educational institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage the maintenance, timely repairs, renovations, and construction of all school buildings and facilities.
2. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards for students, staff, and visitors.
3. Develop and implement emergency response and disaster management procedures.
4. Conduct regular assessments and address potential safety hazards across the campus.
5. Implement and promote waste management and environmental sustainability initiatives.
6. Supervise and coordinate with vendors providing maintenance, security, and supply services.
7. Maintain accurate records of all physical assets.
8. Oversee the procurement, inventory, and management of maintenance supplies and equipment.
9. Supervise transportation services to ensure safe and effective operations.

Manage the maintenance and regulatory compliance of all school vehicles.

Qualifications & Skills:
1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration or a related field.
2. Experience: A minimum of 5-7 years in estate or facilities management, with a preference for experience in educational settings.
Skills:
• Team player
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and maintenance procedures.
• Proficiency in MS Office and facility management software.

Reporting to: School Principal / Administrative Head
Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
