Job Title: Relationship Manager / Sales Manager – Secured Business LAP Industry: Premium NBFC | Secured Lending Opening & Location: Delhi NCR: 10 Positions CTC: 5.5 – 7.5 LPA Role Overview We are hiring Relationship Managers / Sales Managers for the Secured Business Loan Against Property (LAP) segment. The role focuses on business acquisition through DSAs, channel partners, connectors, and open-market sourcing, with responsibility for achieving individual business targets. Key Responsibilities Source Secured Business LAP cases through DSA, connectors, and open-market channels. Build and manage strong channel partner relationships. Achieve assigned sourcing, disbursement, and revenue targets. Generate quality leads and ensure adherence to credit and company policies. Coordinate with Credit, Legal, Technical, and Operations teams for smooth case processing. Develop new business opportunities and strengthen market presence across Delhi NCR. Maintain strong customer and partner relationships.



Ensure quality sourcing and healthy portfolio growth. Eligibility Criteria 2–7 years of experience in Business LAP / LAP / Mortgage Sales. Experience in DSA/channel-led sourcing preferred. Proven track record of achieving individual sales targets. Solid understanding of the Delhi NCR market. Good communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
