About the Role We’re looking for a detail-oriented SQA Engineer to drive process compliance and product quality in our software department. The role is focused on implementing and monitoring CMMI standards and ASPICE Level 2 processes across the software development lifecycle, especially for automotive/embedded projects. Key Responsibilities - Process Compliance: Understand, implement, and audit CMMI ML2/ML3 practices across projects. Ensure project artifacts meet organizational process assets - ASPICE L2 Implementation: Follow ASPICE V3.x processes, especially in MAN.3, SUP.1, SUP.2, SUP.8, SWE.1-SWE.6. Maintain traceability, reviews, and verification records - Quality Audits: Plan and conduct internal process audits, project audits, and gap analysis. Raise NCs/CARs and track closure - Process Improvement: Support process definition, tailoring, and training. Drive corrective and preventive actions - Metrics & Reporting:



Define and track quality metrics, process compliance dashboards, and release readiness reports - Collaboration: Work with PM, Dev, Test, and Configuration Management teams to ensure process adherence without impacting delivery - Tooling: Maintain documentation in JIRA, Confluence, Polarion, or similar ALM tools Requirements - Education: BE/BTech in CS, IT, ECE, or related field - Experience: 2-5 years in SQA / Process Engineering / CMMI / ASPICE projects. Automotive software experience preferred - Standards Knowledge: - Hands-on understanding of CMMI Dev v2.0 - ML2/ML3 practices - Working knowledge of ASPICE L2 processes and work products - Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 26262 is a plus - Skills: - Strong understanding of SDLC, V-Model, Agile + ASPICE hybrid models - Experience in audits, checklist creation, and NC management - Valuable analytical and documentation skills - Excellent communication skills in English. Hindi and local language is a plus - Traits: Disciplined, process-driven, good at stakeholder management, proactive in driving quality culture
