This position is entry level and requires minimal knowledge of Sustainability, outside of the basic understanding of the function of the Sustainability group and its overall application to the contribution of the company. - Coordinate **sustainability data collection and reporting** across **global Fluor office locations and select project sites** , ensuring timely, accurate, and complete environmental performance data submissions - **Manage, validate, and analyze energy, water, waste, and greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions** data within **Salesforce Net Zero Cloud** , proactively identifying data anomalies and supporting accurate emissions accounting and sustainability reporting.- Develop and maintain **reports and dashboards** in Salesforce Net Zero Cloud to monitor environmental performance, emissions metrics, and sustainability KPIs. - **Collaborate with global sustainability coordinators, project teams, and external stakeholders** to improve reporting completeness, resolve data discrepancies, and drive continual data quality improvements across offices and project sites. - Support **Scope 1, Scope 2, and Scope 3 emissions reporting** by reviewing environmental datasets and ensuring alignment with organizational reporting requirements. - Drive engagement with internal stakeholders to **improve reporting efficiency** and awareness of sustainability objectives.



- **Contribute to corporate sustainability initiatives** by supporting environmental reporting, emissions management, and progress tracking toward net-zero ambitions. - Provide **inputs for the creation, review, and maintenance of numbered documents** related to Salesforce Net Zero Cloud processes, reporting requirements, system enhancements, and data governance standards.- Engage with sustainability coordinators across multiple regions to facilitate sustainability reporting processes and **promote best practices** - **Leverage AI-based solutions** to improve efficiency in sustainability data verification and reporting processes. **Basic Job Requirements** - Accredited four (4) year degree or global equivalent in applicable field of study and 2-4 years of work-related experience - Job-related technical knowledge (e.g., engineering, science) necessary to complete the job - Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective manner **Other Job Requirements** - Continue education and knowledge of industry-wide Sustainability-related information - May need to travel - Meet expectations on attendance and punctuality **Preferred Qualifications** - Computer and software skills to include the use of word processing and email as well as the skilled use of spreadsheets and electronic presentations - Skills demonstrating the capability to complete tasks with some assistance - Ability to represent the company's interests - Demonstrated ability to interact with all employee levels - High critical thinking/reasoning ability - Ability to complete projects with guidance - Positive organizational skills **To be Considered Candidates:** Must be authorized to work in the country where the position is located.
