Role Description The Social Media Marketing Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and managing social media campaigns across key platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement for Bharat Homeopathy. Daily activities include developing content calendars, collaborating with medical and counseling teams to produce educational and promotional content, and optimizing posts for reach, interaction, and conversions. The Social Media Marketing Manager will monitor analytics, track campaign performance, and adjust strategies based on data insights. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with the digital marketing team, responding to audience queries and comments, and ensuring that all online communication aligns with the organization’s values and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications




• Demonstrated skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO), with experience managing brand presence across major platforms.
• Strong Communication abilities, including clear written and verbal communication and audience engagement across diverse digital channels.
• Experience in developing and executing Content Strategy tailored to healthcare or wellness audiences is highly valued.
• Proficiency in Digital Marketing practices, such as basic SEO, paid campaigns, and performance tracking using analytics tools.
• Relevant bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Familiarity with healthcare or wellness industries, sensitivity to patient-centric communication, and adherence to
