Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Teacher role based at The Shri Ram Wonder Years – Noida 121 in Noida. The Teacher will plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons that align with the pre-school’s philosophy of learning through play and holistic development. Daily responsibilities include creating engaging classroom activities,



facilitating group and individual learning, and maintaining a safe, inclusive, and supportive workplace for all learners. The Teacher will observe and document children’s progress, provide regular feedback to parents and guardians, and collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum and teaching practices. Additional tasks include participating in school events, professional development sessions, and contributing to a positive and respectful school culture.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Education and Teaching, with experience in early childhood or pre-school settings.
• Proficiency in Lesson Planning and designing age-appropriate, play-based learning activities.
• Effective Communication skills for interacting with children, families, and colleagues.
