Role Description KANPEKI is looking for a motivated and commercially driven sales professional to develop domestic and international business for our professional beauty, skincare, haircare and salon-treatment product ranges.
Key Responsibility:
• Develop sales through salons, spas, beauty clinics, retailers and distributors across India.
• Identify international importers, distributors and B2B business opportunities.
• Generate leads through LinkedIn, email, cold calling and other business-development channels.
• Build relationships with salon owners, beauty professionals and international buyers.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms and close business deals.
• Follow up on product samples, enquiries and prospective customers.
• Achieve sales targets and maintain regular sales reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support market expansion and customer satisfaction.

Requirement:
• Experience in sales or business development for Minimum 6-7 years
