Role Overview

We are hiring a remote, India-based Proposal Technical Writer to be the core writer on the proposals Pyxis MCG submits to U.S. public sector agencies. You will turn RFP requirements, subject-matter input, and past performance into clear, compliant, persuasive responses.

You will work daily with our U.S. business development, delivery, and leadership teams.



Solid writing is the heart of this role; proposal coordination and schedule management round it out. Flexibility to work overlapping hours with U.S. time zones is essential.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Writing:

• Write, edit, and polish proposal sections: executive summaries, technical and management approaches, staffing plans, past performance, and corporate qualifications
• Translate input from subject-matter experts into clear, concise, and persuasive narrative tailored to each agency's goals
• Review and interpret RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, statements of work, government policies, regulations, and budget documents
• Ensure consistent voice, terminology, formatting, and win themes across every volume
• Shred solicitations and build compliance matrices and response outlines
• Develop and track proposal schedules, assignments, and review cycles (e.g., Pink, Red, Gold Team)
