About the Role
We're looking for a sharp, organised Influencer Marketing Executive to plan and run influencer campaigns for entertainment and brand clients. You'll find the right creators, manage them from brief to posting, and report on results.
Responsibilities
• Shortlist and onboard influencers and creators that fit each campaign.
• Negotiate rates and deliverables, and coordinate content timelines.
• Brief creators, review content, and make sure posts go live on schedule.
• Run campaigns on the ground, including events and creator meets.
• Track reach, views and engagement, and prepare campaign reports.




• Build and maintain a database of creators across regions and languages.

Requirements
• Good communication and negotiation skills in Tamil and English.
• Understanding of Instagram, YouTube and the creator ecosystem.
• Robust coordination, follow-up and time-management skills.
• Basic Excel/Sheets and reporting skills.
• Sales experience is a plus.
