Role Description The Human Resources Director is a full time, on-site role based in Chennai and is responsible for leading HR strategy and operations across the organization. This role oversees the development and implementation of HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor and employment laws and alignment with organizational goals. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing employee relations, guiding performance management processes, and supporting leadership in workforce planning and organizational development.



The Human Resources Director will collaborate with senior management to shape company culture, drive employee engagement initiatives, and provide coaching to managers on HR best practices. The role also involves supervising HR team members, monitoring HR metrics, and recommending improvements to enhance retention, productivity, and employee well-being.
Qualifications
• Strong Human Resources (HR) leadership experience, including strategic HR planning and team management.
• Proficiency in designing, implementing, and updating HR Policies that support organizational objectives and compliance requirements.
• Demonstrated expertise in Employee Relations, including conflict resolution, grievance handling, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
• Experience in Performance Management, such as goal setting, appraisal processes, and development planning.
