Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for a Freight Forwarding & MTO Operations professional. The role involves coordinating end-to-end freight forwarding activities, including booking cargo, arranging export documentation, and monitoring shipment movements. The individual will liaise with carriers, transporters, and overseas offices to ensure timely and accurate freight transportation and delivery.



Daily tasks include managing customer queries, providing shipment updates, resolving operational issues, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company procedures. The role also requires maintaining accurate records, supporting continuous process improvements, and collaborating with internal teams to meet service and performance targets.
Qualifications
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Freight Forwarding and Freight Transportation operations.
• Experience in Export processes, including documentation, compliance, and coordination with carriers and authorities.
• Customer Service skills focused on responsiveness, problem-solving, and managing client expectations.
• Practical experience in Forwarding activities, including booking, scheduling, and tracking shipments.
• Good communication and coordination skills for working with internal teams, vendors, and global offices.
• Ability to work on-site in Mumbai;
