1. About the Role

GroQuik Solutions Private Limited is looking for a results-driven Sales Executive (B2B SaaS) to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth for its SaaS solutions, targeting businesses in the jewellery sector

The role involves managing the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and initial outreach to product pitching, negotiation, and deal closure. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a proactive approach to sales, and the ability to independently convert prospects into paying customers.

2. Mandatory Requirements

* Language Proficiency: Fluency in both Malayalam and English is mandatory.
* Work Location: Must be willing and able to work full-time on-site at the Kerala Startup Mission office, Kalamassery, Kochi.

Ability to manage sales conversations independently and drive deals towards closure.

3. Key Responsibilities

* Conduct high-volume outbound calls and targeted outreach to identify and engage potential B2B customers.
* Respond promptly to inbound leads and maintain a structured follow-up schedule.
* Understand customer requirements and deliver effective product presentations and sales pitches.
* Handle customer objections, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals independently.
* Build and maintain robust relationships with prospective and existing customers.
* Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, customer interactions, and sales pipeline updates in the company’s CRM.
* Track daily sales activities and progress against assigned targets.
* Continuously identify opportunities to improve conversion rates and achieve revenue goals.
