We are looking for a results-driven Growth Manager with strong expertise in User Acquisition (UA), monetization, and performance marketing for mobile apps. The ideal candidate will be responsible for scaling user growth, optimizing revenue streams, improving ROI, and driving sustainable business growth through data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities• Develop and execute user acquisition strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant advertising platforms.
• Manage and optimize app and game monetization strategies, including in-app purchases (IAP), in-app advertising (IAA), and subscriptions.
• Monitor key performance metrics, including CPI, CPA, ROAS, LTV, retention, ARPU, and ROI.
• Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns to achieve growth and profitability targets.
• Analyze user behavior, campaign performance, and revenue data to identify growth opportunities.




• Collaborate with creative, product, and development teams to improve ad creatives, conversion rates, and user retention.
• Conduct A/B testing and continuously optimize campaign performance and monetization funnels.
• Manage campaign budgets, forecasting, scaling strategies, and performance reporting.

Requirements• 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, user acquisition, and monetization for mobile apps.
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and mobile advertising platforms.
• Proven expertise in IAA, IAP, subscriptions, mediation, and ad monetization strategies.
• Strong understanding of attribution tools such as AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Firebase.
• Proficiency in analytics, performance tracking, and ROI/ROAS optimization.
• Solid analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to scale campaigns while maintaining profitable growth.
