Role Description The Hiring Hydro Power Plant Trainer will deliver high-quality, on-site technical and safety training programs for hydro power plant personnel at the Mangaluru location. This contract role involves designing and updating training modules,



conducting classroom and on-the-job sessions, and providing practical demonstrations on hydro power plant operations, maintenance, safety procedures, and regulatory compliance. The Trainer will assess skill levels, administer evaluations, provide feedback, and prepare progress reports for management and client stakeholders. The role also includes collaborating with plant leadership to identify training needs, aligning content with current industry standards and best practices, and maintaining accurate training records and documentation.
Qualifications
• Solid technical expertise in hydro power generation, plant operations, and maintenance, including familiarity with turbines, generators, control systems, and safety protocols.
