Experience: 3–5 Years (Preferred)
1. Job ObjectiveTo develop and expand the company's sales network in Chamoli and nearby areas of Uttarakhand by generating business opportunities for solar street lights and other solar energy products, developing customer relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets.
2. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Sales & Business Development
• Generate new business opportunities in Chamoli and nearby districts.
• Meet government departments, Gram Panchayats, contractors, builders, dealers, distributors, and institutional customers.
• Promote the company's solar street lights and other renewable energy products.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Identify upcoming infrastructure, rural development, and solar lighting projects.

B. Field Sales & Customer Visits




• Conduct regular field visits across Chamoli district and assigned territories.
• Meet prospective customers and explain product features, pricing, and benefits.
• Build relationships with local authorities, contractors, project consultants, and business partners.
• Identify customer requirements and submit suitable product proposals.
• Maintain a structured schedule of customer visits and follow-ups.

C. Lead Generation & Conversion
• Generate leads through field visits, referrals, telephone calls, and local business networks.
• Prepare quotations and follow up until order confirmation.
• Maintain records of leads, meetings, quotations, and sales orders.
• Develop current dealer and distributor relationships wherever required.

D. Government & Project Sales
• Identify relevant government and institutional sales opportunities.
• Coordinate with the tender team regarding tender requirements, eligibility, a
