The roleWe're looking for a Customer Success Manager who takes ownership of what happens after a customer says yes.
Our products often become part of a customer's day-to-day operations. That means onboarding, implementation, training,



adoption and ongoing support are critical to our success.
You'll work directly with customers and our internal team to understand how each business operates, get Bundl implemented, help teams adopt it and ensure customers see measurable value.
You'll also be the voice of the customer internally, translating feedback and recurring problems into clear requirements for our product and engineering teams.
This is a hands-on role. You'll need to be comfortable working through operational details, coordinating implementations and solving problems rather than simply scheduling check-ins.
