Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Medical Transcriptionist at Medadvance Healthcare. The Medical Transcriptionist will listen to and accurately transcribe medical dictations into explicit, structured clinical documents,



including consultation notes, diagnostic reports, and treatment records. Daily responsibilities include reviewing audio files and written drafts, applying appropriate medical terminology, formatting reports according to internal standards, and ensuring patient information is recorded with precision and confidentiality. The role involves verifying inconsistencies, clarifying unclear dictations, and collaborating with clinical and billing teams to support accurate documentation for coding and reimbursement.
