Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Benefits & Compensation Consultant with hands-on experience in configuring, implementing, and supporting SuccessFactors Compensation and Benefits solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Configure and maintain SuccessFactors Compensation and Benefits modules.
• Configure compensation plans, worksheets, eligibility rules, guidelines, and Variable Pay programs.
• Manage benefits plans, employee eligibility, enrollment, and benefits administration.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into effective SuccessFactors solutions.
• Perform system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and production support.
• Collaborate with HR, functional, and technical teams to resolve issues and implement enhancements.




• Prepare functional documentation and support system releases and improvements.

Required Skills
• 5–10 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors.
• Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Compensation and/or Benefits configuration.
• Strong understanding of compensation planning, Variable Pay, advantages administration, and eligibility rules.
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
• Experience in testing, issue resolution, and production support.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
• SAP SuccessFactors certification.
• Experience with Employee Central integrations, payroll systems, or HR applications.
• Experience implementing or supporting enterprise HR solutions.
