This is a complete HR Generalist role. You’ll own:
→ End-to-end recruitment and the full employee lifecycle
→ HR operations, payroll coordination and statutory compliance
→ Engagement, culture and retention
→ Learning, development and performance management
→ HR technology, AI tools and automation

You’ll fit in if you have:




→ 7–10 years of hands-on HR Generalist experience
→ A Master’s or MBA in HR (preferred)
→ Startup or entrepreneurial experience
→ Operational discipline and a technology-first mindset
