About the RoleWe are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accountant to manage daily accounting activities, maintain accurate financial records, and support the smooth functioning of the finance department.
Key Responsibilities• Maintain daily accounting entries and financial records.
• Prepare sales invoices, purchase bills, debit notes, and credit notes.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Track customer payments, vendor payments, and outstanding balances.
• Perform bank reconciliation and maintain proper documentation.




• Work on accounting software such as Tally ERP/Prime and MS Excel.
• Assist in preparing financial reports and maintaining accounting records.
• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting tasks.

Requirements• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com) or a related field.
• 6 months to 1 year of relevant accounting experience.
• Basic to valuable knowledge of Tally ERP/Prime and MS Excel.
• Understanding of accounting principles, invoicing, and payment tracking.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
