? We are looking for:

Personal Assistant to the Principal

The ideal candidate will be a agile and well-presented professional who can efficiently manage the Principal’s office while also supporting important CBSE-related administrative and compliance activities.

? What will you be responsible for?

? Provide end-to-end administrative and coordination support to the Principal
? Manage meetings, schedules, appointments and follow-ups
? Handle official correspondence, emails, documentation and records
? Coordinate with internal departments, parents, students and external stakeholders
? Track and understand CBSE circulars, notifications, guidelines and updates
? Support official communication and correspondence with CBSE




? Assist with CBSE-related documentation and compliance requirements
? Support Grade 9–12 student registration and related CBSE processes
? Work on / have knowledge of CBSE portals and OSIS
? Maintain confidentiality of Principal’s office and school-related information
? Support meetings, inspections, audits and other school-level requirements

⭐ What are we looking for?
✅ Prior experience in a CBSE school is mandatory
✅ Experience as a PA / Executive Assistant / Principal Office Coordinator / School Administrator will be preferred
✅ Good understanding of CBSE norms, circulars and processes
✅ Exposure to CBSE student registration, CBSE portal and OSIS
✅ Excellent English communication – verbal and written
✅ Strong documentation, coordination and follow-up skills
✅ Good command of MS Office and email communication
✅ Active, energetic, confident and presentable personality
