• 15+ years of experience in operations, corporate operations, or finance operations, including team leadership.
• Hands-on experience launching a new business unit, office, or legal entity, or integrating an acquisition.
• Experience managing employee operations across both the US and India.
• Working knowledge of US payroll, W-2/C2C arrangements, I-9/E-Verify requirements, Indian payroll, PF/ESI, and statutory compliance.
• Working knowledge of US immigration processes, including H-1B and OPT/STEM OPT, with experience coordinating with immigration counsel.
• Strong financial and analytical skills, including MIS reporting, dashboards, accounts receivable, invoicing, and cost allocation.
• Familiarity with accounting and financial systems such as QuickBooks,



NetSuite, or equivalent platforms.
• Ability to influence and collaborate with senior business leaders without direct reporting authority.
• Willingness and ability to work a full US Eastern Time night shift from Hyderabad.

• Experience in US IT staffing, consulting, or skilled services.
• Experience managing multi-entity or multi-division operations.
• Exposure to M&A; due diligence and post-acquisition integration.
