Key Responsibilities• Develop and execute result-driven social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Plan and manage monthly content calendars aligned with business and marketing goals.
• Create strategies focused on reach, engagement, follower growth, leads, conversions, and brand awareness.
• Analyze social media performance using insights and analytics and continuously optimize content and campaigns.
• Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, content formats, and platform updates.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, copywriters, and marketing teams to produce high-performing content.
• Manage social media campaigns, promotions, and performance-driven initiatives.
• Track KPIs and provide regular performance reports with actionable insights.
• Identify successful content patterns and replicate strategies that generate measurable results.




• Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify new growth opportunities.

Requirements• 2+ years of proven experience in Social Media Management.
• Strong understanding of social media marketing, content strategy, audience growth, and analytics.
• Solid portfolio demonstrating measurable results such as follower growth, engagement improvement, reach, leads, conversions, or successful campaigns.
• Candidates must be able to present actual work/case studies and explain the strategy behind the results.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other major platforms.
• Excellent communication, creative thinking, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and take ownership of social media performance.
• Experience with social media analytics and reporting tools is preferred.
