About the Internship
We are looking for enthusiastic, proactive, and communication-oriented interns to join our team as Customer Experience & Client Relations Interns.
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for students and participants interested in or enrolled in our events, workshops, training sessions, and multi-level programs. You will guide participants throughout their journey — from initial inquiry and registration to program completion and post-program engagement — ensuring a smooth, informative, and positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Inquiry Management: Respond to inquiries from students and participants regarding our events, workshops, training sessions, and programs.
• Registration Support: Explain program details, eligibility, schedules, registration procedures, and participation requirements, and guide interested candidates through the registration process.
• Participant Onboarding: Assist registered participants with onboarding, instructions, schedules,
joining links, and other essential information.
• Program Coordination: Coordinate with participants throughout multiple levels of programs, keeping them informed about upcoming sessions, activities, assessments, and next steps.
• Customer Support: Address participant queries, clarify doubts, resolve basic issues, and ensure timely communication throughout the program.
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with students and participants, ensuring they feel supported and engaged.
• Participant Engagement: Follow up with registered participants, encourage active participation, share relevant updates, and help maintain engagement throughout the program.
• Post-Program Follow-up: Collect feedback, respond to pending queries, share relevant updates, and maintain relationships with participants after program completion.
