Role Description The Front Desk Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors at the Psycortex clinic in Nagpur. This is an on-site volunteer role responsible for greeting clients, managing check-ins, and maintaining a calm,



welcoming atmosphere aligned with the clinic’s focus on mental wellness. Daily tasks include answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, scheduling and confirming appointments, and directing clients to the appropriate skilled or service. The role also involves basic clerical duties such as managing records, handling correspondence, updating appointment logs, and supporting smooth front desk operations. The Receptionist will collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure professional communication, confidentiality, and a supportive experience for every client.
