Role OverviewTPI Pay Fintech Private Limited is looking for a agile and results-oriented Team Leader – Enterprise Sales to manage, mentor, and drive our sales force. In this role, you will lead the sales team to consistently hit aggressive revenue benchmarks while actively driving customer acquisition through individual self-sourcing. The ideal candidate blends strategic sales management with a hands-on approach to deal closure in the FinTech/Payments landscape.

Key Responsibilities1. Team Leadership & Coaching

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

• Conduct regular performance reviews, one-on-one coaching sessions,



and implement action plans for underperforming team members.

• Manage recruitment, onboarding, training, and retention of sales personnel.
•

• Foster a disciplined, performance-driven culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement.

2. Sales Execution & Self-Sourcing (Mandatory)

• Actively drive business growth and customer acquisition through direct self-sourcing, field sales, and high-value referrals.
•

• Build and manage strong relationships with key stakeholders, enterprise clients, and institutional partners.
•

• Manage end-to-end deal negotiations, proposal presentations, and commercial contract closures to achieve individual sales KPIs.

3. Strategy, Operations & Pipeline Management

• Develop and execute data-backed sales strategies to maximize conversions across the entire sales funnel.
