About the Role
Oathmen Advisory is seeking motivated, politically aware and analytically strong professionals to join its Bhopal team as Political Research & Strategy Associates.

The selected candidates will work across political consulting, electoral research, public policy, governance, media intelligence and strategic advisory, supporting research-driven decision-making and political strategy assignments.

This role is suited to individuals with a solid understanding of Indian politics, an interest in governance and public affairs, and the ability to translate complex information into clear, actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct research on political developments, electoral trends, public policy and governance.
• Undertake constituency-level analysis,



electoral data assessment and political landscape research.
• Track and analyse political news, media narratives, emerging public issues and state-level developments.
• Prepare political intelligence reports, strategic briefs, policy notes, presentations and research documents.
• Analyse government policies, legislative developments, administrative decisions and their political implications.
• Collect, verify and synthesise information from multiple sources to generate actionable insights.
• Support political communication, stakeholder analysis, issue-based research and strategic advisory projects.
• Develop professional PowerPoint presentations, analytical reports and decision-support documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams to deliver accurate, high-quality research within tight deadlines.

Required Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Political Science, Public Policy, Law, Journalism, Mass Comm
