The Customer Account Manager goal is to manage the relationships with our Internal customers to ensure that all orders are being executed in a timely manner. Accurately and efficiently identify and document customer needs and/or service requests. Monitor, track, and follow-up on customer inquiries to assure that all inquiries are completed in a timely manner.
The Commercial Fulfillment/Customer Account Manager goal is to increase delivery performance and late part delivery status to improve customer satisfaction by increased coordination with Supply Chain, Customer Account Managers, Production Control, and Distribution Center. Specific duties are described below:
Maintain good working relationship with the Distribution Center, Supply Chain, Production Control, and Spares Customer Account Manager
General
• Maintain valuable working relations with the Distribution Center, Supply Chain, Fulfillment Team, and Spares Customer Account Managers




• Maintain high working level knowledge of AMPS and processes
• Clearly define and communicate issues as described by the customer and be able to proficiently provide a solution
• Be able to identify and prioritize tasks based on the needs of the business
• Comply with GE policies and procedures
• Development and updating processes
• Support of GE Leadership
• Weekend Support requirements
• Core Work Hours

Order Management
• Coordinate status, tracking and follow-up to customer and internal GE inquires to ensure that all inquiries are completed in a timely manner
• Input customer commit dates on all late part deliveries utilizing Smartsheets and other tools
• Monitor all expediates and critical shipments; following up to ensure shipment and on time delivery
• Reviewing delinquent orders by utilizing programs and providing solutions to support customer needs
• Input orders and returns accordingly
• Modify orders as requested by
