Mandatory Technical Skills
• Robust experience in SAP CRM Technical – Service Management
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP OData
• ABAP development with BAPI and BADI
• SAP CRM UI development
• IDoc
• BRF+
• API integrations with third-party applications
• Custom objects, enhancements, forms, reports, and interfaces

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and implement ABAP solutions in the context of SAP CRM Service Management.
• Develop and maintain OData services and support API integrations with third-party applications.
• Develop and maintain custom objects, enhancements, forms, reports, and interfaces.




• Support integration between SAP CRM and SAP S/4HANA and other SAP modules.
• Work with cross-functional teams including SAP functional, Microsoft Dynamics, Finance, and technical integration teams.
• Perform development, DevOps activities, bug fixing, and troubleshooting of existing developments.
• Refine technical and functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to existing SAP CRM developments and integrations.
