Position Overview
Aqtronics is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Engineer for the West Region with 1 to 5 years of experience in the lighting, semiconductor, or electronics industry.
Based in Mumbai/Pune, this role is responsible for driving business growth by identifying and developing new customer opportunities, securing design-ins, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle for electronic components and related technologies. You will serve as the primary technical and commercial liaison, engaging with customers to understand their requirements, promote the Aqtronics portfolio, and maintain robust relationships with key accounts across the region.

Key Responsibilities
• Current Business Development: Identify and pursue new customer opportunities, expand market share within the West Region, and effectively fulfill customer inquiries using the available product line.
• Account Management: Service existing customers by handling regular inquiries, driving follow-ups, preparing accurate quotations, and ensuring seamless execution and delivery of orders.
• Technical Engagement:



Provide expert technical guidance on semiconductor and electronic component solutions, supporting customer design-in activities and explaining complex technical specifications.
• Sales Pipeline & Operations: Manage sales pipelines, track performance metrics, and prepare reports using CRM tools and MS Office.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate closely with internal technical and marketing teams to align product solutions with customer needs.
• Market Intelligence & Representation: Gather competitive market intelligence and represent AqTronics at customer meetings, industry events, and forums.
• Field Execution: Work independently in the field to manage travel schedules, coordinate customer visits, and efficiently prioritize regional business activities.
