Qualifications Required
• 3–5 years of property management experience, including commercial or office leasing.
• Proven record of meeting occupancy and revenue targets.
• Working knowledge of lease administration and tenant relations.
• Experience managing vendors, budgets and building maintenance.
• Robust sales, negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficiency with property management or CRM software and MS Office or Google Workspace. Preferred
• Experience in coworking, serviced offices or hospitality.
• Experience launching a new property or workspace.
• Degree or certification in real estate, business or facilities management
