Role Description The Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurgaon, responsible for leading sales activities for residential and commercial real estate projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting property presentations and site visits, and guiding clients through the complete sales cycle from inquiry to closing. The role involves building and maintaining a solid pipeline, negotiating deals,



and ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with company policies. The Sales Manager will collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align sales strategies with business goals, track performance metrics, and prepare regular sales reports. This position requires active participation in local market research, competitive analysis, and client relationship management to drive revenue growth.
Qualifications

• Proven experience in real estate sales or related industry, preferably in premium residential or commercial segments.
• Solid skills in client relationship management, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Ability to conduct property presentations, site visits, and explain project details clearly and confidently.
