Role Description The Business Development Executive – EdTech will drive growth for CADWORKS LEARNING by identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building partnerships with educational institutions, training centers, and corporate clients. This full-time, on-site role is based in Noida and involves managing the entire business development cycle,



including prospecting, outreach, presentations, and closing deals. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching and targeting potential clients, maintaining a solid sales pipeline, conducting product demos, and collaborating with internal teams to align offerings with market needs. The role also requires nurturing existing accounts, gathering customer feedback to improve the learning platform, and preparing regular reports on sales performance and market trends. The Executive will represent CADWORKS® at relevant events and meetings, ensuring consistent and professional communication with all stakeholders.
