Job Description - VelivoHR is looking for a Account Manager(Client Servicing) for one of their client who is a leading digital marketing agency in Mumbai.

Location: Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Job Responsibilities:
• Work with strategic account planning across digital and social media as well as lead day to day execution through servicing team.
• Strategies and execute go-to-market plans across the digital ecosystem which would include strategic analysis, competition, positioning, messaging, tactics, and budget.
• Guide internal teams across content, design, media to deliver outstanding results for clients.
• Proactively present ideas to expand service offering.
• Be a team player and mentor team of executives, copywriters, and designers.
• Manage client relationships for Billing, documentation, collections and outstanding for clients.

Candidate profile:




• We are looking for an Account Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a digital marketing agency.
• Experience in handling Lifestyle, High-end premium brands is a must.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of business and digital marketing.
• Strong strategic thinking, consulting skills, and ability to keep client projects on plan and on budget.
• Can ace multitasking and is looking for an enriching and challenging role.
• Should have an understanding of the latest trends on social media and their role within a commercial setting.
• Professional approach to time, costs, and deadlines.
• Should have good presentation skills and should be able to work independently as well as by being a part of a team.
