Roles & Responsibilities
• Generate and follow up on leads for rubber and silicone industrial products across assigned territory
• Visit prospective and existing industrial/OEM customers to understand technical requirements
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, coordinate samples/trials with the technical team
• Build and maintain relationships with purchase and engineering departments at customer companies




• Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and report pipeline status to the reporting manager
• Maintain and update customer/lead data in the tracker

Desired Candidate Profile
• Prior experience in industrial B2B sales, technical sales, or field sales
• Comfortable with field travel within the assigned territory
• Solid communication and negotiation skills
• Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred
