Role Description The Business Development Executive role is a full-time, in office position based in Bengaluru, with a salary range of 35k–45k (subject to experience and company policy). The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across the company’s service lines, including tours and travels and organic products. Day-to-day responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, and building a strong sales pipeline. The Business Development Executive will manage key accounts,



nurture client relationships, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure proposals, pricing, and service delivery meet client expectations. The role also includes preparing regular reports on business performance, monitoring market trends and competitor activities, and contributing ideas to improve sales strategies and customer engagement.

• Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify opportunities and build a sustainable pipeline.
