We are seeking a highly experienced Quality Engineering Manager to lead enterprise-scale Quality Engineering (QE) transformations, modernize test automation, and implement shift-left quality practices. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in AI systems design, cloud engineering, and business strategy, with a proven track record of managing cross-functional engineering teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.

Primary Responsibilities

• Leadership & Transformation:



Lead enterprise-scale QE transformations and modernize test automation across data, cloud, and AI-driven platforms. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Quality Engineering professionals, including offshore resources, by providing strategic direction, performance coaching, career development, and operational oversight. Foster a high-performing culture through effective workforce planning, talent retention strategies, succession planning, and proactive management of personnel performance and employee engagement
• AI QE Strategy: Define and execute enterprise AI QE strategies, governance frameworks, operating models, and AI adoption roadmaps
• Capability Building: Build and scale AI-enabled Quality Engineering capabilities, focusing on Agentic AI, LLMOps, Autonomous testing, and AI evaluation frameworks
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner directly with business and technology stakeholders to ensure engineering prod
