Associate Manager Internal Audit
Department: Finance
Location: Gurgaon

Job Summary
Good communication, interpersonal, documentation, Analytical & writing skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT) tools, MS ERP, etc. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Eagerness to work as an Auditor Individual contributor and Team member.

Responsibilities
• Operation Risk Assessment, Enterprise Risk Management, Risk Registers, Dealing with the Stakeholders in proactive identification of the key risks and their respective mitigation plans.
• Preparing Audit Program and initiate the Audit
• Conducting Internal Audits as per Audit Plan
• Coordination with process owners from initiation to closing meeting of internal audit
• Management of Audit work papers
• Independent handling in office/off-site assignments
• Preparation of presentation for Audit Committee
• Managing communication with External/Other Auditor
• Preparation of MIS/ Dashboard for regular updates
• Independently handling Forensics, Whistle blower complaints, fraud investigations, etc.





Required Skills
• Understanding of Internal Audit Standards & Framework, ERM and COSO Framework.
• Understanding of Nature of Frauds and Fraud Risk assessment.
• Understanding of Companies Act 2013.
• Knowledge of IFRS, IndAS, Direct/Indirect Taxes, etc.
• Understanding of Internal controls and Financial statements reporting and review.
• Previous working experience with Big4s, top ranking CA firms preferably.

Required Qualifications
• CA/ CIA with 2- 5 years of relevant work experience
