Role Description This is a full-time, in office Marketing Officer role based in Jhansi.



The Marketing Officer will plan and execute marketing campaigns that promote Finwell Growth’s financial consultancy services and the Bizzomation platform, focusing on brand awareness and lead generation. Daily responsibilities include conducting market research, analyzing customer needs, developing marketing strategies, and coordinating both online and offline promotional activities. The role also involves managing social media presence, preparing marketing content and presentations, supporting sales teams with marketing materials, and tracking campaign performance to optimize results. The Marketing Officer will collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and effective outreach to target business segments.

Must Have
• Ability to perform Market Research and analyze customer and industry trends.
• Strong Marketing skills, including campaign planning and brand positioning.
