Sales ManagerIndustry: Hospitality & Convention Centre | Location: Hyderabad
We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and customer-focused Sales Manager to join a reputed Hospitality Brand and Convention Centre in Hyderabad.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing new business opportunities, building solid client relationships, and promoting the venue for corporate events, weddings, social functions, conferences, and other MICE activities.
Key Responsibilities• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives.
• Identify and generate recent business opportunities through corporate accounts, event planners, wedding planners, travel partners, and other potential clients.
• Promote the convention centre for conferences, meetings, exhibitions, weddings, social gatherings, and corporate events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to drive repeat business and referrals.
• Conduct client meetings, venue site inspections, presentations, and sales calls.




• Prepare proposals, quotations, contracts, and customized event packages based on client requirements.
• Negotiate commercial terms and close business opportunities while ensuring profitability.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including Banquets, Food & Beverage, Operations, and Marketing, to ensure seamless event execution.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities to strengthen market positioning.
• Maintain an updated sales pipeline, client database, and regular reports on leads, conversions, revenue, and sales performance.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process and post-event follow-up.
