GVPR Engineers Limited is looking for an experienced and result-oriented qualified to join our Business Development team at our Head Office in Hyderabad, Telangana.
We are seeking a dynamic leader who can drive business growth, identify new opportunities, strengthen client relationships, and expand our presence in the Water & Civil Infrastructure sector.
Position: AGM – Business Development

Key Responsibilities
• Drive business development strategies to generate new business opportunities in Water & Civil Infrastructure projects.
• Identify potential clients, explore new markets, and develop a strong business pipeline.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with clients, government departments, consultants, and key stakeholders.
• Identify upcoming projects and pursue opportunities to secure new orders.
• Lead tender identification, bid management,



and proposal development activities.
• Analyse RFPs/RFQs, assess project opportunities, and coordinate technical and commercial bid preparation.
• Collaborate with Estimation, Technical, Finance, and Project teams to develop competitive proposals.
• Lead client meetings, commercial discussions, negotiations, and follow-ups to drive order acquisition.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and infrastructure opportunities to support business growth.
