About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Content Development Manager – Technical to lead the planning, development and execution of high-quality technical content across multiple platforms.The role will focus on creating and managing content around AI, Industrial Automation, Robotics, IoT, Industry 4.0, Emerging Technologies, Engineering and Technology Education.The candidate will be responsible for developing a robust technical content ecosystem including blogs, articles, podcasts, webinars, expert interviews, videos, newsletters, social media content, whitepapers, case studies and other digital content formats.The ideal candidate should have strong content development and communication skills, along with the ability to understand technical topics and convert complex concepts into engaging, easy-to-understand content for different audiences.
Key Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Planning
• Develop and execute a technical content strategy aligned with the company's brand, business and marketing objectives.
• Build monthly and quarterly content calendars covering blogs, podcasts,



webinars, videos, social media and other content formats.
• Identify relevant technical topics, industry trends and emerging technologies for content creation.
• Identify opportunities for thought leadership and industry-focused content.
• Technical Content DevelopmentDevelop and edit technical blogs, articles, opinion pieces, case studies, whitepapers and newsletters.
• Convert complex technical concepts into clear, engaging and audience-friendly content.
• Ensure all technical content is accurate, relevant and aligned with the company's positioning.

Podcasts & Webinars
• Plan and coordinate technical podcasts, webinars, panel discussions and expert sessions.
• Identify relevant industry experts, faculty, technology professionals and thought leaders for collaborations.
• Develop discussion topics, interview questions, webinar outlines and speaker briefs.
• Coordinate with speaker
