Role and Responsiblity
• Customer Service: Assist customers, resolve complaints and escalations, and ensure high service standards.
• Operations Management:



Ensure SOP compliance, highlight critical issues, and drive operational excellence.
• Team Management: Ensure proper grooming, shift briefings, effective rostering, and team motivation.
• F&B; Management: Control COGS, minimize wastage and pilferage, manage inventory, and prevent stockouts.
• Training & Development: Conduct staff training and certifications, ensure hygiene and safety compliance, and maintain training records.
• Box Office Management: Drive Club Cinepolis registrations, resolve membership queries, ensure ticketing compliance, and track market share.
• Safety & Security: Monitor security checks, frisking, and entry records for goods, vendors, and visitors.
• People Practices: Follow company policies and conduct engagement activities to maintain a positive work environment.
• Scheduling & Coordination: Prepare weekly staff schedules and coordinate with stakeholders for smooth
