Executive Assistant to Founder

Location: Vikhroli, Mumbai
Compensation: ₹3Lacs per annum + performance bonus
Experience: Open to candidates with relevant experience and a strong willingness to learn

We are looking for a energetic, proactive, and resourceful Executive Assistant to the Founder who can bring structure to day-to-day priorities, support business development initiatives, and help build the company's brand and market presence.
This is a hands-on, entrepreneurial role for someone who is comfortable wearing multiple hats, taking ownership, and learning by doing. You will work closely with the founder across business operations, content, digital presence, and growth initiatives.

Key ResponsibilitiesFounder & Business Support
• Work closely with the founder to manage schedules, meetings, follow-ups, and day-to-day priorities.
• Coordinate appointments,



prepare meeting notes, track action items, and ensure timely follow-through.
• Assist with research, presentations, business proposals, and other business development activities.
• Coordinate with clients, partners, and other stakeholders, and represent the founder professionally when required.
• Help organise the founder's ideas, priorities, and ongoing initiatives into actionable plans.

Content & Brand Building
• Assist in creating and publishing content for LinkedIn and other relevant digital platforms.
• Help convert business ideas, conversations, and insights into engaging posts, presentations, and communication material.
• Maintain a content calendar and coordinate the timely publication of content.
• Support the development of the company's brand identity, messaging, and online presence.

Digital Presence & Marketing Support
