Responsibilities
• Has worked as a SAP CRM Functional Consultant at least in 2 projects
• Must have working knowledge in Utilities scenarios (B2B and B2C both) in deregulated markets.
• Very valuable understanding of Utilities specific data model in CRM and ISU.
• Must have working knowledge about market communication (IDE/IDEX) integration configurations in SAP CRM.
• Must have working knowledge about the Utilities Contract Management: Process framework configurations for different business process (Move out, Reversal of Move In / Out, Change in Contract, Product Change etc).
• Must have working knowledge about Interaction centre processes for Utilities: Meter reading, Budget billing plan, Promise-to-pay, Instalment plan etc.
Eligibility Criteria
• Excellent communication skills
• 15+ years of regular, full-time education (10th + 12th + 3 years graduation)
• Graduate/ Post-graduate degree
