Job Summary
We are looking for a highly skilled .NET Software Engineer to join TechGrit's engineering team. The ideal candidate has a strong background in software development, with deep expertise in .NET and C#, and will work on a client's suite of desktop software tools.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop recent functionality and fix issues across a client's suite of software tools.
• Troubleshoot installation and testing issues across a range of programming languages and build environments.
Required Qualifications & Skills
• Expertise in C#.
• Minimum of 5 years of development experience with .NET as a base technology.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems (client and server).
• Good knowledge of WPF and WinForms.
• Experience with integrations such as the Jira API, Azure DevOps API, and similar.
• Experience with performance and memory usage optimization.




• Experience with scripting languages and network protocols.
• Experience with C++/Qt.
• Experience with relational databases.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code, GitHub Copilot).
• Proficient in using JIRA for issue tracking.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
Good to Have
• Knowledge of WebDriver technologies (e.g., Selenium).
• Experience with the WiX Toolset.
• Basic understanding of mobile app development: iOS, Android.
• Basic understanding of Java.
• Basic understanding of JavaScript.
• Basic understanding of Delphi.
• Genuine enthusiasm for learning new technologies.
