Role Description The Senior Product Manager Credit & Lending will lead the design, development, and optimization of credit and lending products for affordable housing finance customers. This full-time, on-site role in Mumbai involves defining product strategy, managing the product lifecycle, and aligning offerings with regulatory requirements and market needs.



Daily responsibilities include analyzing customer segments and portfolio performance, setting credit policies and underwriting standards, and collaborating with risk, operations, and sales teams to ensure smooth implementation. The individual will monitor key performance metrics, drive product enhancements, support digital and process improvements, and prepare business cases and presentations for senior leadership. The role also includes staying updated on housing finance regulations, competitive offerings, and emerging trends to maintain MHIL’s relevance and competitiveness in the market.
